Sign in to walmart.com → click your name in the top right → Purchase History. Every online order ever placed on your account appears here, with:
The Walmart app shows in-store purchases when you pay with Walmart Pay or scan the paper receipt to your account. Tap your profile → Purchase history to see them with full line-item detail. The app will offer to add new receipts automatically if you scan them within 7 days of purchase.
