Walmart Receipt Finder

The Walmart receipt finder is Walmart's free online tool for locating a past in-store purchase. Whether you need it for a return, warranty claim, expense report, or just personal records, the official finder retrieves in-store receipts from the last 90 days when you have a few key details.

How to Use the Walmart Receipt Finder

Go to walmart.com/receipt and enter:

  1. Store location — city, state, or ZIP of the Walmart you visited
  2. Purchase date — approximate date works; you can search a 7-day range
  3. Card last 4 digits — the credit or debit card used at checkout
  4. Total amount (optional) — helps narrow if you made multiple purchases that day

The tool returns a digital copy of your receipt that you can save, print, or email. Perfect for warranty registration, tax records, or replacing a faded thermal slip.
