Per the official steps: Orders & Returns → log in → choose the date range → View Order Details → Print Invoice. For orders you can't print or that are more than two years old, contact Costco and they'll email a copy to the Bill-To email address first used on the order.
For warehouse purchases beyond the two-year online window, visit your local warehouse's membership counter with a picture ID, your Costco membership number, and the purchase date — staff will print a duplicate receipt.
Costco's generous return policy runs through the membership record, so a "lost" receipt rarely blocks a return — the transaction lives in their system. Where a reprint matters most is outside Costco: warranty registrations, insurance claims, expense reports, and tax records that want the itemized document.
